The Goals of the Douglass Farmers’ Market:

  • to increase access to local, healthy, affordable, and culturally-appropriate produce in the Northside Neighborhood of Kalamazoo
  • to create an enjoyable, educational, and safe community event that will bring people together
  • to promote food sovereignty for the Northside Neighborhood.
